THEFT OF HIGH VALUE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

A theft of high value construction attachments have been reported stolen in the Melbourne area. 

This occurred between 1700hrs on 26/01/2026 and 0600hrs on 27/01/2026. 

Unknown suspect/s approach building site and gain entry through a secured gate fencing by ripping it off the hinges by unknown means, once inside the site they steal 3 very heavy excavator attachments to the value of £15700 and leave via the same gate leaving tyre tracks in the mud.
